Version 3.1 is live through 2026/09/09 06:00 (UTC+8). Claim Marcel Anniversary Gift (free limited S-Rank + matching W-Engine) before the patch ends — you have weeks, not forever. Grab maintenance / bug mail (Polychrome ×300 each if eligible), start the 7-day tape login, then decide whether Remielle / Sigrid Exclusive Searches are worth your Encrypted Master Tapes. Track pity with the Signal Search pity calculator and stash with the Polychrome budget tool. Redeem active codes.
Do this in order
- Claim mail compensation — update + issue-fix Polychrome while Inter-Knot eligibility windows are open.
- Open Marcel Anniversary Gift — Festival Invitation → claim selector Agent + W-Engine. Use Rookie Trial before locking. This is the highest-value permanent account upgrade in the patch for most players.
- Start timed logins / events— Gift From the Clouds (Encrypted tapes), Summer Waves Roll In (Lucy swimsuit outfit), Phaethon's Grand Reveal, Potential Hypothesis, etc. Inter-Knot and story gates apply — check each card.
- Clear Season 3 Chapter 2 story when ready — permanent content; Advance Screening exists if you are behind on Season 1–2.
- Only then spend on Remielle / Sigrid if your roster gap and budget support Exclusive Channel worst-case (~180 Encrypted signals off-guarantee).

Eligibility for Marcel: Inter-Knot Lv. 5, Prologue complete, Events unlocked. Do not wait until the last maintenance night — selectors and mail expire.
Marcel selector — decision framework (not a tier list)
Every pick includes that Agent's signature W-Engine option. Prefer filling a roleyour Shiyu / deadly-assault clears lack over copying someone else's “best.”
- Lucia — Support for Rupture / Sheer Force style carries (e.g. Yixuan-line teams). Strong if that archetype is your main clear path.
- Trigger — Electric Stun with strong off-field uptime. Default “I need a stunner that works in many comps” pick.
- Jane Doe — Physical Anomaly DPS; pairs with anomaly supports. Also historically awkward to obtain if you missed her banners / exchange path — selector is a clean fix.
- Soldier 0 - Anby — Electric Attack; signature matters more than for some supports — taking her + her engine from the gift is the package.
- Hugo — Ice Attack Totalize / stun-window DPS. Pick if you enjoy the playstyle and already have stun partners (Lycaon, Lighter, Trigger, etc.).
Remielle is not on this list — do not skip the free selector to “save for Remielle.” Claim the gift, then budget Exclusive pulls separately.
Pull / save framework for Remielle & Sigrid
- Claim free stuff first. Selector + Poly + tapes reduce how hard Exclusive has to work.
- Know your Exclusive pity + guarantee from History. Soft pity ~75, hard 90, 50/50 then guarantee. Worst-case featured ≈ 180 Encrypted signals.
- W-Engine is optional for F2P. Hard pity 80, 75/25 featured — separate counter. Many accounts clear content on A-Rank / shared engines first.
- Do not force Monochrome outfits. Remielle / Sigrid skins are cosmetics with limited discounts — ignore for account power.

Battery while the patch is busy
