Waveplate is Wuthering Waves stamina. It fuels Tacet Fields, weekly boss claims, and Echo farming. Regen is 1 point every 6 minutes unless an event changes rules. Match the cap field to your in-game maximum (often 240).

Spend order that wastes less

1. Weekly / time-gated bosses first.
2. Ascension and skill materials for your active team.
3. Echo domains once main stats are decided (use the Echo Planner).
