Who is up, when windows close, and what Version 7.1 Phase 1 actually prints — with Phase 2 kept honest. Use the in-game Wish timers if anything here disagrees.

Closing soon — Version 7.0 Phase 2
Ends 2026/09/22 14:59 server time (Character Event + Epitome). Featured Phase 2 framing from the live window: Flins and Ineffa Character Event wishes, plus Epitome Invocation for the matching weapon set. After that cutoff the Wish screen goes empty until 7.1 maintenance clears — you cannot “decide on update day” for these banners.

- Character Event Wish + Wish-2 share pity / guarantee.
- Version 7.1 itself runs through roughly November 3, 2026 (Benefits Overview). Phase 1 is the first half of that six-week window.

Phase 2 (not locked in writing yet)
Special Program coverage widely reports a mid-October Skirk + Escoffier rerun half. HoYoverse's public Event Calendar imagery for 7.1 has historically shown the Phase 1 Wish row first; treat Phase 2 names and the exact October open date as pending a Wish notice. We will update this table when the client prints it.
How to use this schedule
- Check server time on the Wish card — America / Europe / Asia clocks differ.
- Enter your real counter in the pity calculator before spending on a shared Phase 1 pair.
- Upload history if you lost track: wish history analyzer.
- Practice Path / soft pity feel on the wish simulator — it is not this schedule.
- Grab codes the day Special Program / maintenance posts them.
