Login, email, other devices
Progress follows a Kuro Games account on one server. Bind an email you will still own in five years — User Center treats that bind as one-way.
User Center
- Open the Terminal (Esc on PC, terminal icon on mobile).
- Settings (gear) → Account Settings → User Center.
- Bind a Kuro email if you logged in with Google / Apple / Facebook and want a password reset path. Confirm the mail OTP.
Kuro has mailed a small first-bind reward (Astrite / materials) on some accounts. If the Link Email screen still shows a claim button, that is the offer — do not assume a number from an old guide.
Published reporting and in-game copy treat the email bind as not changeable later. Do not bind a school or shared inbox. If User Center already shows an email, that is the one support will use.
Phone, PC, PS5
- Same Kuro account + same server → progress syncs across PC, Android, iOS, and PS5.
- Different servers (e.g. America vs Europe) do not share characters, Astrite, or purchases.
- PS5: PSN region has to match the game server you want to keep. Kuro’s PS5 FAQ: official notice. Third-party logins (Google / Facebook) need a Kuro email bind before that transfer path works.
Locked out
Password reset from User Center if you still have the inbox. Otherwise account recovery — [email protected].
