Recover a lost account
Kuro restores logins. Nobody else can. The English support address on the official site is [email protected].
If you can still open the game
- Open the Terminal (Esc on PC). Note your UID and server (America, Europe, Asia, HMT, SEA, or China — they are separate).
- Settings → Account Settings → User Center. See which email / Google / Apple / Facebook / PSN login is attached.
- Try password reset from User Center if a Kuro email is bound. Bind steps: login and email.
If you cannot log in
Email [email protected]. Subject line can be “Account recovery — UID (if known)”. Include what you actually have:
- UID and server, or a screenshot / clip that shows them
- Login method you used (email, Google, Apple, Facebook, PSN)
- Approximate create date and devices
- Receipts or last-4 of a purchase, if any
- Resonator names you remember on the account
Official site: wutheringwaves.kurogames.com. Kuro’s reply is the only recovery that counts.
What will not work
- Discord / Reddit “recovery services” that want your password or a one-time code.
- Third-party websites that ask you to log in to “scan” the account.
- Moving a character from America to Europe (or any other server pair). Progress does not transfer.
