Why a static list lies
- Three endgames. Pure Fiction wants AoE and follow-up. Apocalyptic Shadow wants Break or a matching weakness. Memory of Chaos wants two full teams and the live blessing. One letter grade cannot cover all three.
- Supports are not DPS. Sunday, Robin, Ruan Mei, and sustain units win fights without topping a damage chart. Ranking them next to Hunt carries is the usual tier-list trap.
- Eidolons and Light Cones move the floor. E0S0 vs E0S1 is a different character for some kits. We will not invent those numbers here.
What to open instead
- Honkai Star Rail characters — role, relic/planar direction, team notes for the units we actually have pages for.
- Early teams — DPS / Harmony / sustain with starter and free units.
- Version 4.6 — who is on the live banner through Nov 11, not a forever ranking.
- MoC / PF / AS notes — how the modes differ so you stop comparing a Break unit to a Pure Fiction farmer.
If you still want a ranking
Use a dated community optimizer (Fribbels, Prydwen cycle pages) and filter by the mode you are clearing this week. Treat any undated “Honkai Star Rail tier list 2026” as marketing. Our relic scorer and Light Cone worksheet are helpers, not grades of the character.
