What does a high score mean?

The piece matches the weighted substats and preferred mains for that character template. It is not a guarantee the relic is BiS for every team, SPD breakpoint, or MoC cycle.

Why can’t I change Head / Hands main stats?

In Honkai: Star Rail those slots are fixed: Head is always flat HP, Hands is always flat ATK. The scorer locks them so you don’t enter illegal mains.

Are the weights official?

No. They are opinionated defaults built from each template’s priority subs. Treat scores as a sorting helper while you learn the kit.

Should I keep off-set pieces with great subs?

Often yes early — correct main stats beat empty 4-piece shells. Swap to on-set when the set bonus is worth more than the substat gap.

Why can SPD mess with scores?

Supports and hyperspeed setups care about breakpoints the scorer does not encode. Always check SPD relative to your DPS, not just the number.

Where are saves stored?

In this browser only. Clearing site data wipes saved relics.

Where are Himeko Nova / Fate collab characters?

Not in the scorer yet — we only add units when we have matching icon assets in the site pack. Use a close path/element template (e.g. Fire Erudition for Himeko Nova) as a temporary stand-in, then re-score when official icons are added. Patch context: Version 4.4 overview.
