Blue Archive recruitment

Published rates plus the Global vs JP pity systems as of October 27, 2026. Pickup names change — this page does not invent banner kits.

Rates

120 Pyroxene per recruit (or 1 ticket).
1★ 78.5% · 2★ 18.5% · 3★ 3%.
Featured 3★ is about 0.7% of all recruits (part of that 3%).
The 10th recruit in a 10-pull is at least 2★.

Global: Recruitment Points (spark)

Still live on Global on October 27, 2026. Points go up by 1 per recruit. At 200 you can buy a 3★ from the pickup spark shop. If two pickups run together, they usually share one point counter. Switch to the tracker and leave it on Global until Charge lands.

JP: Recruitment Charge

JP 5.5 Anniversary (July 2026) replaced spark. Charge goes up by 1 per recruit in that pool.

100 Charge: guaranteed 3★. On a pickup banner that 3★ is 50% featured.
200 Charge: featured student guaranteed.
Charge resets when you pull the featured student.
Regular banners and Limited / Fest banners keep separate Charge.

Global Charge is scheduled for November 10, 2026. After that date, use JP mode on the tracker if your client has Charge.

Tickets and 10-pulls

Recruitment tickets skip the 120 Pyroxene. They still add spark / Charge.
A 10-pull is ten recruits: 1,200 Pyroxene, and the 10th is at least 2★.
Limited / Fest banners keep a separate spark or Charge counter from regular pickups. Do not mix them on the tracker.

Tracker: recruit pity / Charge. Raid filter: armor vs attack type. Beginners: first week.
