How Resonators grow.
Playable characters. You level them, unlock Forte nodes, equip Echoes, and build rotations around Intro/Outro swaps. Related →
The character progression tree — skills, passives, and stat nodes unlocked with materials and levels.
Constellation-like upgrades from extra copies. Nice power spikes; not required to enjoy the game or clear early endgame.
Rank-ups that raise level caps and unlock kit pieces. Needs boss materials and regional gathers. Related →
Stamina for farming bosses, materials, and Echo-related spends. Capping Waveplate is the quiet account killer. Related →
The verbs you’ll see in every rotation guide.
Core attacks that build resources, trigger forte quirks, and set up skills. Heavy attacks often matter for specific kits.
The character’s main skill — usually a major damage or utility button on cooldown/resource.
Ultimate-style ability. Often the burst beat of a rotation; Energy Regen helps it return on time.
Effects that trigger when switching characters. Outro from the leaving Resonator and Intro on the entering one create team buff windows.
Defensive tech that avoids damage and often opens a strong counter window. Learning boss telegraphs matters as much as gear.
Stagger/break-style posture on many enemies. Breaking it creates safer, higher-damage windows for Liberations.
Planned swap order so Intro/Outro buffs and Liberations line up instead of overlapping poorly. Related →
The artifact system — cost, sonata, main stats.
Equipable monster gear that grants stats, a main Echo skill, and sonata/set bonuses. Farmed from overworld and related content. Related →
Your featured Echo skill in combat. Pick one you’ll actually press, then complete the set around it.
Echoes have costs that must fit a Resonator’s budget (commonly patterns like 4-3-3-1-1). Illegal cost spreads don’t equip. Related →
2-piece and 5-piece bonuses from matching Echo groups. Get the set effect online before chasing perfect double-crit rolls.
Main stats on higher-cost Echoes decide the build; substats are the polish. Wrong main stat wastes Waveplate.
Account progression that improves Echo drop quality over time. Leveling it quietly fixes “why are my Echoes trash?” frustration.
Spending resources to level Echoes and reveal substats. Only enhance pieces you’d actually wear.
Build language without the fluff.
Crit chance and crit damage. DPS Echoes usually chase a balanced ratio after weapons and set bonuses.
Helps Liberations return on schedule. Supports and some sub-DPS need ER before vanity damage stats.
Core offensive stats. Attribute damage matches the Resonator’s element (Aero, Fusion, Electro, Glacio, Havoc, Spectro, etc.).
Field-time carry vs short-swap damage vs buff/heal/shield enabler. Build the role you assigned, not every role at once.
On-field Resonator who spends time weaving basics while off-field partners deal damage or buff — common in coordinated teams.
Banner talk and freebies.
Guaranteed high-rarity pulls and featured coinflips — same gacha anxiety, WuWa branding. Track pity before impulse 10-pulls. Related →
Premium pull currency (Primogem equivalent). Events, exploration, and codes are the F2P income.
Redeem strings for Astrite and materials from official channels. Related →
Echoes are equipable gear from enemies. They give stats, a main combat skill, and set bonuses when you match sonata groups inside your cost limit.
Concerto effects fire on character swap — Outro from who leaves, Intro from who enters — and those windows are how many teams deal burst damage.
Waveplate is stamina for farming. Use a timer if you keep capping while building a Resonator.
