About 72 real-world hours after you clear a spot. Skipping time in the pause menu does not refill the pond. Switching day ↔ night at the same spot can still show different species if both pools exist.

You need refinement materials from the Inazuma Fishing Association that cost Rusty Koi, Golden Koi, and Raimei Angelfish — commonly tracked as 6 of each for full R5. Buy The Catch itself from the same association with a larger mixed fish set.

Where is Raimei Angelfish?

Inazuma, mainly the waters by the Tatarasuna / Nazuchi shipwreck area. Night only (18:00–06:00), False Worm Bait. It is the usual bottleneck — co-op worlds help.
