- Personal damage is not her main job on support builds
- Needs correct source samples (party elements) for full shred value
- Geo resonance / construct quirks in some fight arenas
- Over-investing Crit for DPS delays her support role
- Competes with Kazuha/VV in Anemo-friendly teams (different niche)
Kit Role Summary
DEF-scaling Geo support / healer
Xilonen’s Elemental Skill enters a Nightsoul state where she samples elements from the party, then provides Elemental RES shred and healing through her kit. Short field time: skill, trigger samples, heal/shred, swap to the carry. Holding her on-field for minutes fights the design.
Talent priority (practical)
- Elemental Skill — shred / heal core
- Elemental Burst — secondary utility / damage
- Normal Attack — last (unless intentional DPS build)
Pro tip
Build party elements so she can sample what your carry actually deals (Pyro/Hydro/Electro/Cryo/Dendro as relevant). Geo-only parties limit her elemental shred fantasy.
